Finreon Fixed Income Risk Control® EUR Aggregate
Finreon Fixed Income Risk Control® EUR Aggregate measures the interest rate and credit risk in the EUR-denominated bond market. Based on the risk measurement, the fund invests in long-term corporate bonds or high quality treasury bonds (min. rating of AA). Interest rate risk is managed with fixed bandwiths using liquid, exchange traded interest rate futures. The total long-term risk born by the investor is similar to the Bonds Euro Aggregate. The fund is available in EUR or hedged in CHF. The fund is suitable as a core investment for investors who wish to participate in the development of EUR-denominated bond markets, but at the same time want to prevent large distortions in the interest rate or credit markets through risk control.
